TRANSITION SUGGESTION:

Start by wearing them for short periods of 30–60 minutes a day, and light activities, then gradually increase the duration according to your feet and body’s comfort. 

The 3 mm transition insole can be used during the early stage of the transition. As your feet adapt and become stronger, the insole can be removed for maximum ground feel.

MATERIALS: 

Upper: full-grain cowhide and suede cowhide. Lining: vegan leather. Insole: 2mm compressed EVA foam with mesh (87% nylon, 14% spandex). Additional insole: 3mm compressed EVA foam with mesh (87% nylon, 14% spandex). Outsole: rubber.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean the leather upper using a damp cloth or a leather-specific cleaner. For the suede parts, use a suede brush when dry and a suede-specific foam cleaner if needed. Avoid washing machines, dryers, and direct exposure to heat to help maintain the material and shape of the shoes.
